Warranty Policy
We will replace or repair at our workshop any product or component found to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of:
- 10 years for private home use
- 5 years for semi-commercial and commercial use
The time of warranty is calculated from the date of the invoice.
This warranty will be invalid if in our opinion the damage has been caused by
- Natural wear and tear
- Neglect of care and maintenance
- Improper assembly or installation
- Unauthorized repairs or modification
- Abuse, misuse or misapplication
- Accidental or intentional harm by people or pets
- Natural disasters or environmental factors
All repairs under this warranty will be performed at our workshop in Telsiai, Lithuania. Shipping of the defective product or component will be the responsibility of the customer. Product or component that is being return must be packed safely to protect it from further damage during transportation. Shipping to our workshop and back to the customer must be paid by the customer.
We shall not be liable for any direct, consequential, incidental, indirect or special damages under this warranty, or any implied warranty.
This warranty is not transferable.

Note on Materials
Our products are made mostly from natural materials. Unlike synthetic materials, natural materials tend to change slightly with time, season of the year etc.
Natural wood expands and contracts due to changes in relative humidity. This effect is called seasonal movement. We design our products with this in mind so it should not cause any functional issues. However, seasonal movement may cause wood to develop small cracks, minor gaps between joined parts etc. Large wooden surfaces (like that of a writing desk) may cup slightly.
Since natural leather comes from different animals and different areas of skin of the same animal, it will inevitably contain variations in its grain and texture. It may also feature minor surface imperfections, such as tiny scars or bug bite marks that the animal had.
Vegetable tanned leather does not have any synthetic protective layer on top of it and will readily absorb moisture and dirt. With normal use and with no major accidents, products made from this type of leather will develop a patina which is appreciated by most users.
Brass parts may tarnish (develop a patina) if the protective wax coating wears off and is not reapplied.
These changes to natural materials are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty.
